Sms Demag Indialimited is based out of H.No.-332 in Shivpuri. We are near the Shiv Mandir on Gali No.-7, which is a good landmark if you’re trying to find the place. It's in Sector-9 of Vijaynagar here in Ghaziabad. Being in Uttar Pradesh, the weather gets quite hot in the summers, but we manage. The street can be a bit narrow, especially when there are deliveries or people parking, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. The temple nearby is a central point for everyone. We can hear the bells sometimes. Our office is just a regular building, nothing that stands out too much from the other houses on the gali. We have a couple of rooms where we do our work. It’s mostly just us sitting at our desks and getting things sorted. It isn't a huge operation, just a handful of people making sure everything runs. We don't have any corporate manuals or anything like that. We just know what needs to be done each day. Sometimes we grab lunch from the local shops nearby. It’s a very grounded way to work. No one is wearing suits or anything. We just dress for the weather and the job. If someone stops by, they usually just knock on the door. It’s a very neighborhood-focused way of doing things. We’ve been in Ghaziabad for a while now and we like the location on Gali No.-7.
