Vikas Brick Field

Out in Village Suthari, near Murad Nagar, you’ll find Vikas Brick Field. It’s a large open space where we spend our time molding and firing bricks. This isn't an office job; it’s a field job. We’re out there in all kinds of weather, trying to keep the schedule moving. The village is a good place to work, though it gets a bit isolated sometimes. We have a small team of local workers who know the process inside and out. It’s a lot of manual labor, and by the end of the day, everyone is pretty tired. We don't have any polished sales pitches or high-end brochures. We just have our bricks and our reputation in the Murad Nagar area. Sometimes things go wrong, like a batch getting too hot or the rain washing away the green bricks before they can dry, but you just have to start over and keep going. That’s just the nature of this work. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just driving past Suthari. We don't do anything fancy. If someone needs a few thousand bricks for a new house, we help them load the truck and that’s that. It’s a basic, honest way to make a living, and we’ve been doing it this way for a long time now. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not, just a yard that provides bricks for people building things nearby.
