True Mentor Tutors Private Limited

We are located in Flat 204 of Plot 334 in Niti Khand 1st, which is right in the heart of Indirapuram. Being on the second floor means we get a bit of a view of the street below, which is always packed with cars and delivery bikes. It’s a standard residential building that we use for our tutoring business. The flat has a few rooms where the tutors sit with the kids. It feels more like a home than an office, which we think makes people feel more relaxed. We have a small waiting area with some old magazines and a water cooler that always seems to need refilling. The door is usually open to let some air in, though the Ghaziabad heat can be tough in the peak of summer. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating schedules between tutors and students. It gets pretty hectic around 4 PM when the school day ends and everyone starts arriving at once. There is always a pile of shoes by the front door because we try to keep the floors clean. We don’t have any fancy software to run things; we mostly use notebooks and a big calendar on the wall. It is just a group of us working hard to make sure the tutoring happens as it should. The neighbors are nice and don’t mind the noise too much.
