Travel & Living is located right across from the Uttam School for Girls here in Shastri Nagar. Our address is Sh-295. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you’re familiar with this part of Ghaziabad. We started this small travel business because we knew the area well and saw people needed help getting around. We aren't part of any big chain. It’s just a local operation run by people who live nearby. The office is straightforward, nothing fancy. We spend our days tracking bookings and talking to folks who need to travel for work or family visits. Since we are right near the school, mornings are usually pretty noisy with all the rickshaws and parents dropping off kids. We just sit at our desks and handle whatever comes in. We don't use any slick sales talk or anything. If we can get you a car or a ticket, we tell you. If things are booked up, we say so. It’s just how we do things. Most of the people who come in are local residents who have lived in Shastri Nagar as long as we have. We keep our records in order and try to keep the chairs clean for anyone waiting. It’s a quiet life mostly, just managing the logistics of local travel. We stay open until the evening usually, then we lock up and head home.
