Touch Power

Touch Power is located at 69 Ambedkar Road. It is a busy spot with lots of people and traffic passing by at all hours. We have been here for a while, providing mobile phone services to the local community. Our shop is simple and functional. We have some glass counters where we display a variety of mobile accessories, such as fast chargers, power banks, and screen protectors. Most of our work, however, happens behind the counter where we do repairs. We see a lot of phones that have been dropped or had water spilled on them. It is a lot of delicate work, often requiring us to use small tools and magnifying glasses to see what we are doing. We do not have a big corporate office or anything like that. It is just a straightforward shop where you can bring your phone if it is acting up. We try to be honest with people about what can be fixed and what is better left alone. Sometimes we have to tell a customer that their phone is beyond saving, which is never easy to say. We also help people with software updates and other technical issues they might be having. Ambedkar Road is a good place to be because we get a wide variety of people coming in. We just focus on our daily tasks and try to keep things running smoothly for everyone who visits us. It is a steady job and we like the people we meet.
