Temflo System Pvt Ltd is located in Maliwara Phase IV, which is part of the industrial area. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here, but this is where the work happens. We have a regular floor space where we deal with systems and parts. It’s not a clean office like you see in movies; there are tools and boxes everywhere. We have been in this spot for some time now. The roads around Phase IV aren't the best, especially when it rains, but we've gotten used to the mud and the trucks. Our day usually starts early with a bit of tea before we get into the technical stuff. We aren't trying to be the biggest company around. We just want to make sure the units we put together actually work. Sometimes parts get delayed or the machines act up, but that’s just life in an industrial zone. Most of us here have worked together for a long time, so we know each other's habits. We don't wear suits or anything like that. Just regular clothes that we don't mind getting a bit dirty. If you come to visit, you’ll probably hear the hum of machines in the back. It’s a noisy place to work, but it feels like home to us. We just keep our heads down and do the jobs as they come in. It’s been some years since we opened up here, and we just keep moving along.
