Synergy Manpower Solutions is located at number 12 in Ahinsa Khand, which is right by the Jaipuria Mall in Indirapuram. It is a good place to be because the mall is a landmark everyone knows, so giving directions to people coming for interviews is easy. The office is a functional space where we spend most of our time reading through resumes and talking to people looking for work. It is usually pretty busy, with people coming in and out all day long. We have a few desks and a small waiting area, though it can get a bit tight when we have a lot of applicants at once. It is not a polished or fancy place. We just focus on the work of connecting people with jobs. My desk is usually a mess of papers and my coffee always seems to get cold because the phone never stops ringing. We have seen this part of Indirapuram grow a lot since we first moved in. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that. People find us because they live nearby or someone told them about us. It is just simple, honest work. We spend our hours making calls, checking references, and trying to get everything sorted by the end of the day. It is a lot of effort, but it is what we do. We just keep our heads down and try to stay on top of all the paperwork.
