Comprehensive Contract Services

Our location is at 11/759 in Vasundhara Colony. It is a bit different from being in a big commercial market because the colony is more of a residential neighborhood. It is generally a bit quieter around here although you still get the usual sounds of dogs barking or people passing by. We handle contract work which means there is a lot of reading and writing involved. Our office is just a simple room with a couple of big tables where we spread out all the documents. Sometimes we have to meet people and we just sit around the main table with some water or tea. It doesn't feel like a big corporate office because it is right here in the colony. We have been doing this for a while and we have a rhythm to how things get done. The lighting is okay during the day but we have to use extra lamps in the evening when it gets dark early. We don't have a lot of staff just a small group that knows how to handle the contracts and the paperwork. It’s a lot of mundane stuff like checking dates and making sure signatures are in the right place. We like being in Vasundhara because it feels more like a community than a cold business district. Most of the time we are just busy with the daily tasks and trying to keep everything organized in our files.
