We are based in the Ghaziabad Main Market, near Gagan Vihar. Our shop or office is at number 25. Being in the main market means it’s always loud and full of people. We handle a few different things as a group, but mostly it’s about managing the local business interests we have. It’s a very busy spot. We are right in the thick of it. The office is usually filled with people coming in and out. It’s not a quiet corporate office by any means. There’s always someone shouting across the street or the sound of rickshaws passing by. We’ve been here for quite some time now, so we know all the other shopkeepers around Gagan Vihar. It’s a bit messy sometimes with all the deliveries and stuff happening in the market, but we like the energy of the place. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. You just walk in from the market street. We do our billing and management from a couple of desks in the back room. It’s a real local operation. We don’t spend time on big speeches or mission statements. We just try to handle the day’s work and make sure everything is sorted before we close up for the night. It’s a typical Ghaziabad business life—fast, a bit loud, but very grounded in the community. If you come by, we'll probably offer you some tea and talk about the market.
