Swastik Security Service

We’ve been running Swastik Security Service out of the A-Block Commercial Market for some time now. Our office is right at 13/6, and if you know Govindpuram, you know this part of the market stays fairly busy with people coming and going all day. It’s not a large office, just a practical space where we handle the schedules and talk to the guards before they head out to their shifts. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back on. It’s mostly about making sure everyone is where they are supposed to be. Dealing with keys and uniforms takes up a lot of our morning. We aren't trying to do anything fancy here. We just know the area well because most of us live nearby or have worked in this part of town for years. The market has changed a lot, with new shops opening up, but our spot stays the same. Usually, there’s a lot of paperwork piled up on the desk because that’s just how it goes when you’re managing people. We drink a lot of tea while sorting out the night shifts. It gets quiet in the evenings once the market starts closing down. We just keep things moving and try to stay on top of the phone calls coming in from the different sites. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Sunday.
