Shopgrape Private Limited is based at F/E-45 in New Kavi Nagar. We are right here in Ghaziabad, and this neighborhood has been our home for quite some time. The office is basically just a regular building on a regular street. There is nothing flashy about it. We do not have a giant neon sign or a lobby with a receptionist. Most of the time, whoever is closest to the door just opens it. We spend our days tracking orders and talking to people on the phone. It gets a bit cluttered inside with all the paperwork and boxes, but we know where everything is. Kavi Nagar is a nice place to be. It has got a bit of a local feel that you do not get in the big industrial zones. We are not a big corporation. We are just a few people trying to keep a small business going. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and wait, or the internet acts up and we have to restart the router three times. It is just real life. We do not try to hide the mess or pretend we are bigger than we are. Our 201002 area code is a good spot for us. It is easy for our friends and family to drop by. We just take it one day at a time, making sure things get done right without any extra drama or fancy words.
