Sathi Communication

At B-540 in Patel Nagar 2, you’ll find Sathi Communication. We’ve been operating out of this space in Ghaziabad for several years now. It’s a typical local shop. We sell a lot of recharge packs and help people get their internet settings right on their phones. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so we know many of our customers by their first names. They stop by on their way home to get a new screen guard or just to check if their new SIM has been activated yet. The shop isn't very large, so we have to be organized with how we stack the headphone boxes and the mobile covers. Sometimes the inventory gets a little messy when it’s a busy afternoon. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or big slogans. We just show up, open the shutters, and start the day. If someone has a problem with their phone, we try to fix it right there or tell them honestly if it needs to go to a bigger service center. It’s just about being practical. The street outside can get a bit congested during the evenings, but that’s just Patel Nagar for you. We keep a small radio playing in the background most of the time. It makes the day go by faster. We’re just a regular part of the community, doing our bit to keep everyone connected without any unnecessary fuss. We’ll be here tomorrow as usual.
