Sagre Engineers & Consultants is mostly just us sitting around desks on Abdul Road dealing with blueprints and various project files. It gets dusty with the road right there, but we keep the fans going. Sometimes people walk in looking for directions because the crossing can be confusing. We don't mind. The office is small but it fits our needs. We have a couple of computers that have seen better days and a printer that jams if you look at it wrong. Most days we are just buried in paperwork or talking to clients on the phone about their structural needs. It is not a fancy setup. We have some old chairs and a table that wobbles if you lean on it too hard. We drink a lot of tea from the stall just down the street. It keeps us moving through the afternoon slump. There is no big corporate ladder here, just a few of us trying to get the engineering work done right so we can go home to our families. It’s practical work. We do our best to stay organized despite the stacks of files that seem to grow on their own. That is pretty much the life here at our little spot in Rajendra Nagar, Plot No 103-A-5/2. We've been here near the Rajendra Nagar Railway Crossing for quite a while now. The noise of the trains is just part of the day, you get used to it after a week or two. It's just home.
