S L Industries is located at Plot No. E-55 in Sector A-7. This is over in Tronica City, which is part of Loni in the Ghaziabad district. It’s an industrial area, so there are always trucks moving around and a lot of noise from the nearby plots. Our place is pretty straightforward. We have the main work area and a small spot for some paperwork. We’ve been in Tronica City for a bit now. It is a good location for a business like ours because everything we need is close by. We don’t have a fancy entrance or a receptionist. Usually, if someone comes by, one of us just wipes our hands and goes to see what they need. The dust from the road gets in sometimes, but that’s just life in an industrial sector. We do our manufacturing work here every day. It’s a routine that works for the team. We have some people who have been with us for years. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the stuff we produce is okay and that our customers are satisfied enough to come back. Dealing with the power cuts and the traffic in Loni is part of the job. We just deal with it and keep the machines running. It is not always easy, but it is what we do here in Ghaziabad.
