We operate out of 621-A in the Satyam Enclave, over in Kot Goan, Ghaziabad. It’s a residential-feeling area, which we actually quite like. It keeps things a bit quieter than being right on a main highway. We’ve been here for a while now, running our study circle. The setup is pretty basic. We have a few rooms with tables and chairs where people can come and focus. We aren't a big institution with a glass building. It’s just a regular spot in the enclave. Our staff consists of just a few of us who handle everything from the cleaning to the paperwork. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. We just tell people where we are and what we do. Ghaziabad can be a busy place, but once you step into Satyam Enclave, it feels a bit more relaxed. We spend our days making sure everyone has what they need. Sometimes the electricity acts up, or we have to fix a leaky tap, but that’s all part of running a local business. We don't use any corporate slogans. We just put in the hours and stay honest with the people who come to see us. It’s a simple life here in Uttar Pradesh.
