Reeva Men Saloon

You can find Reeva Men Saloon over at Market No 602 in Ghaziabad. We are very easy to spot because the fire station is right nearby and you can always hear the trucks or the men practicing. The market is usually crowded with people looking for parts or getting things fixed so there is a lot of energy around us. We have four chairs lined up and a big mirror that goes across the whole wall. The floor is that old grey stone that stays cool even when it’s boiling outside. We have a TV but it usually just stays on the news with the sound turned down low. Men come in for a shave or a quick cut before they go back to work in the market. It’s a lot of the same faces every two weeks. We keep the towels in a stack and the scissors are always sharp. It gets a bit dusty because of the construction that always seems to be happening in Ghaziabad but we wipe the chairs down often. There’s no big fancy sign outside just a board with the name on it. We don't take appointments or anything like that you just walk in and if a chair is empty you sit down. It’s a practical place for guys who don't want to spend too much time sitting around. The fire station sirens are just part of the background music for us now.
