361 The Beauty Saloon

You can find us over on Budh Bazar Road at Plot Number 19. We are right there in Shalimar Garden, Ghaziabad. If you know where Dzire Pizza is, then you are basically at our doorstep. 361 The Beauty Saloon is what we call the place, and it’s where we spend almost all our time. The road outside can get pretty loud with all the shoppers and cars, but inside we just try to keep things moving. We have some chairs and a few mirrors, and that is about it. We don't use any of those big corporate words to describe what we do. We just do hair and skin work for the people who live around here. Sometimes someone comes in with a photo of a celebrity and we do our best, but mostly it's just regular cuts and threading. The shop has been here for a bit and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the street. When the pizza place next door starts cooking, you can smell it inside, which usually makes us hungry. We don't have a fancy website or a big team, just a couple of us working through the day. We keep the floor swept and the towels clean. It is a honest way to make a living in Ghaziabad. People stop in, get their work done, and go about their day. That’s the way we like it. We are just regular people working for our neighbors.
