Readers Academy

You can find Readers Academy over in Shalimar Garden in the Sahibabad area. It is a place where we have a lot of books and desks set up for people to come and spend time. The building isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but inside we try to keep it as quiet as we can. It is hard sometimes because the street outside in Shalimar Garden can get pretty noisy with all the scooters and people talking. We have shelves lining the walls and most of them are full of various things to read. The lighting isn't always perfect, and some of the chairs are a bit creaky when you sit down, but it works for what we need. We started this because we wanted a spot in Sahibabad where people could just focus. There is no big staff here, just a couple of us who take turns opening up in the morning and locking the doors at night. We spend a lot of time dusting the shelves and moving things around to make more room. It feels a bit cramped when it is busy, but that's just how it goes in a small space. We do not do any big advertising or have a polished website. Most people just hear about us from their neighbors or see the sign when they are walking through Shalimar Garden. It is a simple, local place for anyone who needs it. We just keep the doors open and the books ready for whoever comes by.
