Ravi Prakash Sharma

My name is Ravi Prakash Sharma and I am based out of Ram Nagar. To be more specific, the office is at Plot A, 360 Ambedkar Road, right near the Kirana Mandi. It is a lively part of town, always something happening with the market nearby. You can hear the trucks and the loaders early in the morning. I have been at this spot for some time now. It is not a quiet place, but I like being where the action is. The space itself is basic. I have got a desk, a few extra chairs for visitors, and stacks of papers that I need to get through. Most of my day is spent on the phone or talking to people who stop by from the Mandi. It is a very practical environment. I do not believe in having a shiny office if the work is getting done. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, but that is just part of being on Ambedkar Road. I handle various things here, mostly stuff related to the local commerce and documents. It is a family-run kind of feel. My neighbors are all traders and shop owners. We all know each other. I usually open up early before the heat gets too bad. It is a solid place to work and I plan on staying here for the foreseeable future. My computer is a bit slow to start in the mornings, so I usually go get a snack downstairs while it boots up.
