In Surya Nagar, Ghaziabad, things have a certain pace. We are located at B 14, which is a fairly easy spot to find if you’re in the area. Abhishek Kumat operates out of this space. It’s not a massive office building, just a localized setup that suits our needs. The neighborhood is a mix of homes and small businesses. We have a front room where we meet people and a couple of back rooms for the actual work. It’s quiet enough to get things done but you still hear the street sounds throughout the day. We don't have a professional cleaning crew coming in every night, so we mostly tidy up after ourselves. There are stacks of paper on most surfaces in the office. It might look a bit disorganized to an outsider, but we know where everything is. We usually have the window open if the weather is nice, though the dust can be a bit of a problem in Ghaziabad. We drink a lot of coffee during the day. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, no one is breathing down your neck. We just have a list of things to finish and we work through them. Sometimes we take a long lunch if things are slow. Other times we’re working right through the evening to get something done. It’s just us doing our thing in Surya Nagar. No fancy titles or complicated systems, just regular work day in and day out. We've been here for a while and we like it.
