Ratnakar Institute

Ratnakar Institute is based in Indirapuram, specifically at 16/G-1 in Shakti Khand 3. It’s a small place where we teach students and help them with their studies. We don't have a huge campus or anything like that. It’s just a few rooms where we have classes. We started this because we wanted to provide a place for kids in the Shakti Khand area to learn without having to travel too far. The classrooms are simple with benches and a board. We cover various subjects depending on who is teaching that week. Parents around Indirapuram know us and often drop their children off on their way to work. It’s a very local atmosphere. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we mostly rely on people telling their neighbors about us. The address 16/G-1 is easy to find once you are in Shakti Khand 3. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed so the students don't feel too much pressure. It’s just a place for learning and getting better at school work. We’ve been here for a few years now and it’s become a regular part of the neighborhood routine. We don't have dozens of staff members. It’s just a few of us who really care about teaching. We keep the rooms tidy and make sure there’s enough light for the kids to read. Sometimes the kids come in early and we just chat about their day before the actual lesson starts.
