It is more of a residential and small-business mix around here. We don't have a giant warehouse or a corporate office park. It is just a building on a street where we do our daily work. The atmosphere is quite casual. Sometimes there’s music playing in the background while people are working. We aren't really into the whole professional corporate image. We are just a local business in Ghaziabad trying to keep things running. Nand Gram can be a bit loud sometimes with all the bikes and people, but that is just how it is. We have a small team, and everyone knows everyone else’s business. It’s a bit like a family in that way. We don’t have a website with fancy photos or a mission statement on the wall. We just have the clothes and the machines and the orders we need to finish. Most of the folks working here live within walking distance, so the commute is easy for them. We’ve stayed at E-573 because it suits us. It is nothing special to look at from the outside, but we get the work done inside. It is a practical setup for what we do.
