Rampal Singh is the name on the papers, but around Hapur Athah Nagar Januv, most people just know where to find us by looking for the old blue door. We’ve been set up in this part of town for a long time now, seeing the streets change and the buildings go up around us. It is a bit noisy because of the traffic on the main road, but you get used to it after a while. We aren't a big operation with uniforms or a front desk. It is just a workspace where we get things done. Some days it is just me, other days a few of the local boys come in to help move things around. We don't have a website or even a proper sign sometimes, but the work gets done anyway. Athah Nagar is a busy neighborhood and there is always something happening outside. We just keep our heads down and focus on what’s in front of us. If you are looking for a place that looks like a corporate office, this isn't it. We have grease on the floor and piles of stuff in the corners. But it is honest work and we have been here long enough that people trust us to be around tomorrow. It’s just a regular way to make a living in a place we know well. We don't overcomplicate things. The work is what it is, and we just do it.
