I’m based out of Harisinghpur in Hapur. It’s a bit different than the big city life you see elsewhere. Things here move at their own pace, which I’ve grown to appreciate over the years. I’ve lived in this area for a long time, and everyone knows everyone else. My work is just a part of the local community. I don’t have a big fancy office with a glass front. It’s a simple building that serves its purpose. I spend my days handling the local needs of the people who live around here. Sometimes the road outside is a bit dusty, especially in the summer, but that’s just how it is in Hapur. I don’t spend much time worrying about the appearance of things. As long as the work gets done and people are satisfied, that’s enough for me. My routine is pretty set. I wake up, head over to my place, and see what needs doing. Some days it’s busy with people dropping by to chat or ask for help, and other days it’s quiet enough to hear the birds outside. I like the balance. It’s not a complicated business. I just try to be honest and do a good job. People here value that more than anything else. Harisinghpur is a good place to be, and I’m happy to be a part of it. It is my home and my livelihood all in one. No fuss, just daily effort.
