Rad Innovations Private Limited is situated at 402 Loha Mandi on BSR Road in Nandgram. If you know the Ghaziabad area, you know Loha Mandi is a pretty active and noisy spot. It is not exactly a quiet corporate park, but it is where we do our work. The office isn't very big, but it is ours and we like it. We have been at this BSR Road Nandgram location for a while now. The building is older and has some character to it, which we don't really mind. Most of our day is spent dealing with the usual paperwork and tasks that come with running a private limited company. It can get a bit dusty and loud outside with all the trade going on in the market area. We chose this spot because it was affordable and accessible for everyone. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy lobby area. You just walk in and we are there working at our desks. Sometimes we have to move boxes around just to make more space for a meeting. It is a hands-on kind of place. We are just local people doing what we know how to do. The Nandgram area has its own energy and we have become part of it over the years. We like that we aren't in a sterile high-rise. It feels more real being here in the middle of all the local commerce. We just keep our heads down and focus on getting through the workload.
