Isotics

Isotics operates out of Kaushambi 11. It is a simple building and we have been here for a good amount of time. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which helps when we need to focus on our tasks. Inside, it’s just a normal office setup. We have desks, chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets that have seen better days. We don’t really go for anything fancy or modern. The walls are a plain off-white and the carpet has a few spots where we’ve spilled coffee over the years. We spend our hours going through data or talking on the phone with suppliers. At number 11, we are close enough to the main spots in Kaushambi that getting lunch isn't a problem. Sometimes we eat at our desks, but we try to get out if the weather is nice. The team is small, so we all know each other's habits, like who takes the last bit of water from the cooler without refilling it. It’s the kind of place where things move at a steady pace. We aren't trying to change the world; we are just making sure the work gets done correctly and on time. Most days are pretty much the same, with a mix of emails and paperwork. It’s a practical environment for the kind of stuff we do, and we’ve made ourselves at home here over the years. It works well enough for what we need.
