Prime Property Investments

We spend most of our time at Vaishali Nipun Plaza G 1. It's where Prime Property Investments operates from. We handle property stuff every day. Some days are busy with paperwork, other days we are out looking at buildings. It’s just how things go here. We aren't a big flashy office, just a small team trying to get things right. Dealing with houses and land can be messy sometimes, but we stick to what we know. People come in and ask about local areas, and we tell them what we've seen. We’ve been at this address for a bit now. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks, but the work gets done anyway. We don't have fancy brochures or anything. Just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of files. If you walk by G 1, you'll see us. We know the neighborhood pretty well by now. It isn't always exciting, but it's steady work. We try to be clear with people about what a property looks like or what the price is. There's no point in making things sound better than they are. We just keep track of what's available and talk to folks who are looking. It's a straightforward way to earn a living. We like being in this part of town. The plaza gets a fair amount of foot traffic. We usually keep the door open unless it's too hot out. That's pretty much us. We’ve been around for a while.
