Param Import & Export

Our place is Kl - 3 in Kavi Nagar. It’s a decent area and our office is easy to spot once you’re on the right street. We’ve been here at Param Import & Export for several years. The setup is quite simple. We have a small entrance and then the main work area where we keep the computers and the printer. The printer is always running out of ink at the wrong time, it feels like. We handle both imports and exports, so there is always a lot of paperwork to keep track of. One side of the office is for the stuff coming in and the other is for the stuff going out. We try to keep it organized but sometimes the piles of documents get mixed up. We don't have a big corporate feel at all. It’s mostly just us in jeans or casual shirts, drinking tea and looking at shipping routes. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which is nice when we need to concentrate on the customs forms. We have a small backyard where we sometimes take our breaks. It’s nothing special, just a place to stand for a bit. We don't have any big goals of changing the world; we just want to make sure the containers are loaded correctly and the clients aren't waiting too long. It’s just honest, everyday work for a small team like ours.
