Our spot is at D-342 Shastri Nagar, right off Hapur Road here in Ghaziabad. If you know the area, you know the traffic can be a real headache, especially in the mornings when everyone is trying to get to work. We’ve been running Ashram Exim from this building for a bit now. It’s not a huge office, just enough room for the desks and the filing cabinets that seem to keep multiplying. We handle a lot of export and import stuff, which means a lot of phone calls and checking tracking numbers. Sometimes the warehouse gets a bit cluttered, so we spend the weekends trying to make space for the new arrivals. The staff is small, just a few of us who have been together for a while. We know how each other likes their coffee, which helps on the long days. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just moving goods from one place to another and making sure the documents are signed. The building itself is okay, nothing special, but it stays cool enough in the summer if the fans are on high. We deal with various suppliers and try to keep our head down and work. Hapur Road is always busy, so there’s always something happening outside the window. We just keep at it, day in and day out, making sure we don't miss any deadlines or forget a shipment.
