Pacific, The Personnel Point

We’ve been running things here at Pacific, The Personnel Point for a while now. Garima Rathi manages the place over at J-120 in Govindpuram. If you know Ghaziabad, you know this area gets pretty busy. We mostly spend our days looking through resumes and talking to people who need jobs. It’s not always easy, honestly. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually hear the traffic outside. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It's just a regular office where we try to get the work done. Most of the people who come by are local, which is nice because we understand how the commute works around here. We handle a lot of the paperwork that comes with hiring, which most people find boring but it’s what we do. The office has been in this spot for a bit, and we’ve gotten used to the neighbors and the way the sun hits the building in the afternoon. We don’t try to act like some huge corporation. We’re just a small team trying to help folks find where they fit in different companies. It’s a lot of sorting, calling, and checking details. We drink a lot of tea while we work. That’s pretty much us. We’re here in the U.P. part of the NCR, just doing our bit every day without making a big fuss about it.
