You can find us at 34, Ground Floor, in Abhay Khand 1. We are right near the Indirapuram Chowki in Ghaziabad, which is a landmark everyone around here knows. Citigroup International Limited is the name on the door, though the sign is a bit faded from the sun. The ground floor location is handy because we don’t have to wait for the lift, but we do get a lot of street noise and dust coming in. It’s a busy area. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some chairs that have seen better days and a big table where we pile up all the mail. We aren’t into the whole modern office design thing. It’s just a place where we sit and handle the paperwork. Most of us take the bus or a shared auto to get here, so we’re always talking about the traffic on the way in. When it rains, the area around the chowki gets a bit flooded, so we have to watch where we step. We don't have any big corporate slogans. We just try to stay organized and answer the phone when it rings. It’s a simple operation, run by people who live right here in the neighborhood. We know the local shops and the guys who sell tea on the corner. Sometimes the phone lines go down and we just use our mobiles until things get fixed. It’s just regular work.
