We are based over at Parsvnath Majestic in Indrapuram, specifically in Tower 2, Room 602. It is a decent spot in Ghaziabad for an HR office and we have been here for a while. We spend our days looking at resumes and talking to people who are looking for work. It is not always easy finding the right person for a specific job, but we try our best. The office is usually full of papers and files stacked on the desks. We started this because we knew how hard it was for folks around here to find decent employment. Being on the sixth floor gives us a bit of a view, though we are mostly just looking at our computer screens all day. Indrapuram is always crowded and noisy, but our tower is usually alright once you get inside. We do not use a lot of fancy software, just the basic tools to keep things moving along. Sometimes the printer jams when we have a lot of CVs to print out for a meeting. We just deal with it and keep going. It is just a few of us working here together. We know the local job market pretty well by now. People often stop by to drop off their applications or ask if there are any new openings. We try to be helpful without making things feel too formal or stiff.
