Collabera Inc is tucked away in Sra 154-D, Shipra Riviera in Indrapuram, Ghaziabad. It’s a bit of a drive if you are coming from the middle of Delhi because the traffic in Ghaziabad is usually quite bad. The office is in a residential-style area, so it’s a bit quieter than being right on a main road. We have a few rooms where the team sits and gets their work done. It’s mostly tech and staffing stuff, so we spend a lot of time looking at spreadsheets and online profiles. We don’t have any of those fancy office things like bean bags or free snacks in the kitchen. We just have our desks and our computers. Most of us bring our own lunch or just go to the small shops around the corner. The walls are pretty bare because we haven’t really thought about decorating the place much. We are more focused on just getting through the tasks we have for the day. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a loud rattling sound but we just ignore it. The team is a mix of people from different places. We don’t talk about stuff like company culture. We just come in, do what we’re supposed to do, and try to leave before the evening traffic gets too heavy. It’s a practical office for people who just want to work. It’s not flashy but it’s where we are every day in Up-201012.
