Om Shri Ganesh Telecom

Our shop is located on the ground floor of Devika Tower, right at Shop Number 33. We are on the main road in Chander Nagar, Ghaziabad, not far from the Surya Nagar Police Chowki. Om Shri Ganesh Telecom is a place where we handle a lot of different things. Mostly, we deal with mobile phones, recharges, and other small electronic needs. It’s a small space, so it gets crowded quickly when three or four people are inside. We’ve been here for several years now, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. The main road is always noisy with cars and bikes zooming past. We spend our days troubleshooting phone issues or helping someone pick out a new SIM card. It’s not a fancy showroom. We have shelves filled with accessories and boxes. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to tell customers to wait a bit. We try to be patient and help everyone who walks through the door. Most of our customers are locals from Chander Nagar who have been coming to us for a long time. They know us and we know them. It’s a practical business. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just open the shop in the morning, do our work, and head home in the evening. It’s about being useful to the people around us and making sure their phones are working right.
