We have our main spot set up at 15 941 in Vasundhara, which is out in Ghaziabad. It’s located near Parmod Ku, and if you know the area, it’s not too hard to find. We do building work, mostly focusing on the structural side of things. The office is usually a bit of a mess with papers and architectural drawings scattered around, but we know where everything is. Ghaziabad is growing fast, and there is always something new going up around the corner from us. We try to keep our head down and just focus on the task at hand. It’s a private limited company on paper, but in reality, we are just a small group of people who enjoy seeing a building take shape from the ground up. The 201012 pin code area is where we spend most of our time. Sometimes the traffic in UP can be a headache when we’re trying to move materials, but we’ve learned to work around it. We don't spend much on advertising because word of mouth usually keeps us busy enough. People around here know us for being straightforward. We don't promise things we can't do. We just look at the site, look at the plans, and get to work. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it has worked for us so far. We like being part of the growth here in Vasundhara and seeing the neighborhood change while we stay steady.
