Nrutya Kalasagar

You can find Nrutya Kalasagar over at Ajraundha Chowk in Faridabad City. We are at number 9 right near the main crossing. It is a very busy part of town, so there is always a lot of honking and people rushing by outside our door. Inside, it is a bit different. We have our space set up for the classes and it is mostly just about the practice. The floor gets a lot of wear and tear because of the dancing, so it looks a bit used, but that’s okay. We don't spend much time worrying about how the walls look or if the paint is peeling a little bit in the corners. The main thing is having enough room for everyone to stand and move their arms without bumping into each other. We have been at this spot for a while now and most of the locals know where we are. It’s easy to find once you get to the chowk. Usually, there is some music playing, but we try to keep the volume at a level that doesn't annoy everyone else in the building. It’s a pretty basic operation. We show up, we do the lessons, and then we head home. There isn't any big corporate office behind us. It is just a local spot in Faridabad where people can come to learn some traditional moves without any of the fancy stuff you see in movies.
