New Durga Properties

New Durga Properties is a small office based in Indirapuram. We are located at 105 on the Kala Pathar Road, specifically in the Nyay Khand III section. If you know the area, you know it has grown a lot lately with new buildings and shops popping up everywhere. We spend our days mostly talking to people who want to rent a flat or maybe buy a small plot nearby. It is a lot of walking around and showing people different rooms or storefronts. The office itself is pretty simple, just a place to sit, have some tea, and look at the local maps or property listings we have on the wall. We don't use any fancy software; mostly just notebooks and memory. The traffic on Kala Pathar Road can be a bit loud, but we are used to it by now. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years, and we know which corners are quiet and which ones are always busy. People from the apartments around Nyay Khand often stop by just to ask what the current rates are. We just tell them what we know based on the last few deals. It’s not a corporate setup with suits and ties. We are just local folks who know the real estate in this part of Indirapuram. We just try to help people find a place that fits their budget without any extra drama. It is how we have done business since we opened.
