Netcustomer India Pvt Ltd is based at 382C Shipra Suncity in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. If you know Shipra Suncity, you know it’s a big place with lots of blocks, so we’re tucked away in one of those sections. The office is a modest space that we’ve made our own over the years. We deal with technical support and other services, and most of our day is spent at our desks. It’s a bit of a trek for some of us who live further out in U P, but we’ve made a decent life here. The atmosphere in the office is pretty relaxed. We don't have fancy furniture or a big break room, just a couple of tables and a microwave. We like the location because there are plenty of places to grab a quick bite nearby. Our team is small, and we tend to just get on with things without making a big fuss. We aren't interested in using a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just work hard, talk to our customers, and try to solve whatever problems come our way. It’s a straightforward operation. We’ve been at this address for a while and have become a regular part of the neighborhood. It’s just an ordinary office with some hardworking people inside who want to get through the day and do things right.
