Taanyas Collections

Our shop is located at No. 2-A-19 in Nehru Nagar, right inside the Amar Ujala building. We’re also quite close to Silver Line School, so we get a lot of people passing by. We keep a lot of different collections here, mostly clothes and things people like to wear. The shop is usually pretty full of stock, so you have to move carefully between the racks. We spend our days hanging up new arrivals, helping people find the right size, and making sure the displays look okay. It’s not a high-end boutique with a doorman; it’s just a local shop where you can find something nice. Sometimes the delivery arrives late and we’re stuck unpacking boxes late into the evening. We don't have a big philosophy about fashion. We just pick out stuff we think people will like and put it on the shelves. Nehru Nagar is a good community, and we enjoy seeing the familiar faces that come in. We’re not trying to be the biggest store in the city, just a reliable place for our neighbors. The building is well-known because of the newspaper office, so we’re easy to find. It’s just us here, working hard and trying to keep the shop looking decent while we serve the people who drop by. We often have the door propped open so the school bell can be heard from across the street.
