Navjyoti Machinery Store

Navjyoti Machinery Store is right on G.T Road by the Delhi Gate. We’re directly across from Thakur Dwara Balika Vidyalaya. It’s a busy area for sure, especially when the school lets out and all the kids and parents are out on the street. Our store is packed to the ceiling with all kinds of machines and spare parts. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we usually know exactly where everything is kept. We’ve been here for a good number of years now. The building is an older one, with heavy doors and high ceilings that keep it somewhat cool. We spend our days dealing with various bits of hardware and heavy equipment. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting and shifting things from one side to the other. Sometimes the noise from the traffic on G.T Road makes it hard to hear, but you get used to that after a week or two. We don't have a big marketing plan or anything fancy. We just open the shutters in the morning and wait for people to come in. Most of the time, it’s local folks or workers from nearby who need a specific part for their machine. We try to be helpful without making a big fuss about it. The shop has a certain smell of oil and metal that never really goes away. It’s just how a machinery store should be. We’re just here doing our bit and keeping the wheels turning.
