Nandan Mishra

I operate out of Sahibabad at A 37, which is basically where I spend most of my waking hours these days. It’s a bit of a mix between a workspace and just a place where I keep my things organized and dry. The neighborhood is typical for Sahibabad, with a lot of noise from the nearby shops and the constant sound of scooters zooming past the gate. I usually have a lot of paperwork piled up on my table. It’s not always the most organized setup, but I know where everything is tucked away. My day usually starts with a cup of tea and looking through whatever came in the mail the day before. The walls are a bit plain, and I’ve been meaning to paint them for two years now, but I never seem to find the time or the energy. Sometimes the electricity goes off for an hour in the afternoon, and I just sit on the porch for a bit of air until it comes back. It’s a very straightforward way of working. I don't have a big team or anything, so it’s mostly just me handling the phone calls and meeting people who drop by. The address is easy to find once you get into the right lane, but people sometimes get confused because the house numbers aren't very clear on the gates. I’ve lived around here long enough that most of the local vendors know me and say hello. It’s just a normal spot in a busy part of town.
