We’ve got a ground-floor spot, which makes it easy for deliveries and for us to come and go. It isn't a shiny new office park. It’s a bit older, and the paint is peeling in a few spots, but it’s ours. We spend our hours here dealing with the usual company business. Ghaziabad is a tough city sometimes, with the traffic and the heat, but we’ve made a good space for ourselves here in Vaishali. We don't have a marketing department or a PR team. We just have people who know their jobs. We keep a stack of files on the corner desk and a calendar on the wall that we actually use. It’s a very hands-on kind of place.
