Momin Khan works out of the Rajnagar Civil Court Compound in Raj Nagar. The specific spot is 935. Being so close to the courts means there is always a huge amount of activity around here from morning till night. You see people rushing back and forth with their files and all sorts of legal documents all day long. It is a noisy place, filled with the sounds of old typewriters, people talking, and the general hum of the whole legal system. My spot at 935 is where I spend most of my time during the week. It is a very practical space, mostly filled with stacks of paperwork and some old chairs for when people need to sit. There is nothing polished about it, but it serves the purpose for what I do. The air is often thick with the smell of old paper and the tea being sold just outside the main gates. I have seen a lot of different people come and go through this compound over the years. It is a very specific kind of environment to work in every day. You have to be okay with the crowds and the constant movement of people. I usually try to get in early to beat the heaviest of the morning rush on the roads. The light in the room isn't the best, but I have a decent lamp on my desk to see by. Working in Raj Nagar near the Civil Court is just about staying on top of the daily grind.
