Mobile Experts

Mobile Experts is based out of Kaushambi 11. It’s a small shop, maybe a bit smaller than you’d expect given the name we have on the sign. We focus mostly on repairs because that’s what most people need around here. The front counter is where we talk to people about their cracked screens or phones that won't charge. Behind the wooden partition is where all the real work happens. It’s a bit of a mess back there with tiny screws and screwdrivers everywhere. We try to keep track of everything, but once in a while, a tiny screw goes missing on the floor and we have to hunt for it. We’ve been working on phones since the old keypad ones were popular. Now everything is touchscreens and they are much harder to open up without breaking something. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know our way around a motherboard. The air conditioner in here is a bit old and leaks water sometimes, so we keep a plastic bucket under it. It's not a fancy place with leather chairs or free coffee. It’s just a place to get your phone fixed. We stay open on weekends because that's when most people have time to come by. It’s a simple living for us. We see a lot of people who are stressed because they lost their photos, and we just try to see what we can do.
