Mercer

Mercer has a spot here at E 201 F in Sector 12, Vijaynagar, Ghaziabad. We’ve been in this part of town for some time now. It’s a busy area and there’s always something going on outside, usually some traffic or people shouting. The office itself is pretty plain. We have the usual desks, some computers that are a few years old, and a lot of paper stacked up on the shelves. We don't really go in for fancy decor or anything like that. We just focus on the tasks we have to do every day. Ghaziabad can be a bit chaotic with the noise, but once we are inside, it’s just us working. We know the local vendors who sell snacks and tea nearby, which helps on those long afternoons. We aren't a big corporation with thousands of people in this one building; it's just a regular team. We try to keep our workspace organized, though it doesn't always stay that way when things get busy. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone. We just show up and do what’s required. It’s a simple life and we are okay with that. There aren't any mission statements on the walls. We just know what needs to be done and we try our best to get it done before the day ends. It is just a workplace where we do our daily jobs.
