Megha Garments

We set up Megha Garments in the basement at B-83 in Shalimar Garden Extn. II. It is right near Shiv Mandir Chowk in Sahibabad, so most people around here know the spot. We spend most of our days down here sorting through stock and helping anyone who walks in through the door. The basement stays cool even when it’s hot outside, which is nice for work. We have been in this part of Shalimar Garden for a while now. It is a busy little area. Usually, the morning starts with opening up the shutters and getting the racks organized. There is always a lot of dust from the road, so we spend a fair bit of time cleaning things up. People stop by on their way to the temple or just when they are out doing their regular shopping. We handle all sorts of clothes here. It gets a bit crowded sometimes because the space isn't huge, but we make it work. Sometimes the neighbors pop in just to say hello while they’re out. It feels like a normal part of the neighborhood. We don’t do much fancy stuff, just keep the shop running and make sure the items are ready for whoever needs them. If you are walking near the chowk, you will see our sign. It's nothing special, just a local place where we do our business every day. We try to stay organized but with so many boxes, it can get messy by the afternoon.
