Our plot is usually packed with materials and finished goods waiting to be moved. We have a routine that we follow, starting with the early shift. It’s not always glamorous work, and the floors get covered in fabric scraps pretty quickly, but that’s just how a sewing floor looks. We don't have time for complicated corporate policies or long meetings. If something needs to be discussed, we just talk about it while we work. The area is quite specialized, so most of the people around here understand the fashion business well. We deal with the usual issues like transport delays or finding the right shade of thread, but we manage to get things sorted.
