We are out here in Hapur Village, which is part of the Dadri area. It’s a much slower pace than what you find in the big cities. The roads are mostly dirt and gravel, so things can get quite muddy when the monsoon hits. Our place is a simple structure that fits right in with the other buildings in the village. There isn't a big sign or anything flashy to tell you where we are, most people around here just know us by name. Inside, it's pretty sparse with just the essentials. We have a few benches and some old tools that have been used for a long time. The air is usually filled with the sound of local birds and the occasional tractor passing by on the main path. We don't really have set office hours like they do in the town; we’re usually around if there’s work to be done. Most of the people we deal with are our neighbors or folks from the nearby farms. Life here is very practical and we don't spend much time worrying about how the place looks to outsiders. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get things finished before it gets too dark to see properly. It’s a quiet life, but we keep busy enough with the local needs of the community in Dadri.
