Our office for M Power Hr Solutions is located at A 231 in Lajpat Nagar, Sahibabad. We are technically a division of Wigan Leigh College, but we operate out of this specific branch here in Ghaziabad. It’s a busy mix of industrial and residential areas all around us. The building is fairly easy to spot once you get onto the right street in the block. We’ve been here for a few years now, helping with various human resources tasks and coordinating things for the college students and staff. It’s not a very large office, but it’s functional and serves its purpose. We have a few desks, some computers, and a small area where we can sit down and talk to people who come in for help. Sahibabad can be quite dusty with all the truck traffic from the nearby factories, but we’ve made our indoor space comfortable enough. We aren't a big corporate firm with thousands of employees or a fancy headquarters. It's just a small group of us trying to keep all the paperwork organized. We don't use much jargon or complicated management language. We just try to explain things simply to whoever walks through the door. Most of our day is spent on the phone or working through stacks of files. It’s a practical job in a very practical part of town. We don't have any fancy mission statements or slogans on the walls.
