We are located on the first floor of 274 in Shakti Khand IV, which is over in Indrapuram. This part of Ghaziabad is always buzzing with people and cars. Luminous Engineering Technology Services Pvt Ltd operates from this office, and it’s a pretty busy little space. We don't have a whole lot of room, but we've organized it so we can get our engineering work done without tripping over each other. Most mornings, the sun hits the front window and we get to work on whatever technical service is on the list for that day. We aren't a company that spends much time on fancy advertisements. We'd rather just put our heads down and get the job finished. It’s a mix of people here, some who’ve been in the industry for years and some who are just starting out. The neighbors in Shakti Khand are mostly families and other small businesses, so it feels like a real community. Sometimes the stairs up to the first floor feel a bit steep after a long day, but that’s just how it goes. We drink a lot of chai and talk through problems until they're fixed. There’s no big corporate hierarchy here; if something needs doing, someone just grabs it and does it. We’re just a local Ghaziabad outfit trying to do a good job every day. It’s not always perfect, but we do our best.
